1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Transfa platform, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Transfa Payments, Inc. (“Transfa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

3. API Keys and Account Security

To access certain features, you must register for an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except as permitted by law.
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without prior written consent.

5. Rate Limits and Usage

API usage is subject to rate limits and quotas as described in our documentation. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage exceeds reasonable limits or negatively impacts the Services for other users.

6. Data and Content

The data provided through our APIs is indexed from publicly available blockchain state. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for independently verifying any data before relying on it for critical operations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, documentation, and content, are owned by Transfa and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
